Day One: Knocking the Rust Off: 6A Section Open Pairs

Dwayne and I have progressed to Precision Lite, our reduced memory load of Transfer Precision. We use Exclusion Positive Responses to ONE CLUB.

1 Heart = a 5-card BLACK Suit
1 Spade = a 5-card RED Suit
1 NT = Majors (5-4/6-4) or any 5-5 hand
2 Clubs = Balanced 12+
2 Diamonds = Balanced 8-11 (Rodwell Design)
2 Hearts = 3-suited with a 5-cd minor: 5440
2 Spades = 3-Suited: 4441
2NT & Up = Semi-solid or better single suited 6+ cards
3 Spades = AKQxxxx and extra A or K
3 NT = AKQxxxx and no extra Controls

Gatlinburg 2014 Regional: Back to the future with 2/1 Game Forcing?

I played with FIVE different partners this past week and won 42 ACBL Master Points, 30 Gold!

Where are the Precision partners? My local partners were unavailable and Dwayne has a career now in Miami. :<)

KO win, 22 Gold playing with Peg (partner) and the MoTown Minors with Brian and Bill.
KO 3/4th 7 Gold playing with Charlotte (Miss April on BBO) with pick-up teammates including a UVA Student.
2A/6A Overall Pair Game with Charlotte 61%
3A/6A Overall Pair Game with Don 60%

Miscellaneous Pair Game scratches, but not overall award.

Strong Diamond & Canape - Testing

C3: Copious Canape Club requires a lot of memory and constant practice, so we have decided to try our version of Magic Diamond.

10 sessions in Florida Sectionals (Naples, 2013 & Pompano Beach, 2014) gave the following results: 57% average in pairs with two Second Overall in Pairs. 15 MPs

1M = 8-13 hcp, light openers with 26 Zar Points
1NT = 11-14 / 14-16 (4th seat)
2C = 6C or 5C + 4D; 8-13 hcp
2D = 6D or 5D + 4C; 8-13 hcp
2H = 5,6H + 4,5D; 8-13 hcp
2S = 5,6S + 4,5D; 8-13 hcp
